The coaching package is tailored to individual, team and organisational needs and includes:
- Preparatory assessment of coaching objectives, strengths and gaps.
- Typically, at least 3 sessions over a 6 month period, at a pace to suit you;
- Sessions can be face-to-face, or remotely, over telephone or Skype;
- Feedback on how the coaching is going and the effectiveness of the coaching support;
- Telephone and email support as required between sessions;
- An evaluation of success against your objectives.
While I always thought of myself as having a coaching style of working with others, Sara has shown me that coaching as a skill is something you can and need to develop. In the process of coaching others, Sara has helped me focus on my own development, which greatly improved my confidence.
